Here are some highlights on what happens on a Hot air balloon Safari at the Masai Mara.
The Masai Mara Hot Air Balloon Safari starts quite early before the winds gets busy.
Normally; the wake up call is around 4:30am to 5:00am depending on the distance to the launch area. A cup of tea/coffee with some snacks is served and then transfer to the launch area. Once there, if lucky you may witness the best of sunrise against the semi – inflated balloon.
This is normally a good place to caption the process of inflation until the balloon fully up. Each Balloon basket can carry between 12 to 16 passengers.
On flight, the spectacular views and endless plains over a backdrop of the escarpments and the meanders of the rivers is something to beyond.
Be ready with Cameras if you love photography as the views on flight are irresistible.
