Day 1: Arrival – Nairobi
You begin your magical holiday in Kenya – the heart of an African safari and epitome of memorable excursions! You will be met by Abana Safaris Representative on arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport and transfer to Safari Park Hotel for overnight stay. Accommodation in deluxe rooms and meals on Bed and Breakfast

Day 2: – Nairobi Day Tour |City Tour | Karen Blixen | Giraffe Centre
You will be picked up after breakfast and proceed for a full day city tour where you will visit Daphne Sheldrick Elephant orphanage Later you will have lunch at Karen Blixen Coffee Gardens. Afternoon you will visit Karen Blixen Museum and Giraffe Center. You will also get an opportunity to visit Masai Market for shopping. Overnight at Safari Park Hotel on Bed and Breakfast

Day 3: – L. Naivasha Sopa Lodge | Lake. Naivasha Tour
You will depart Nairobi after breakfast to start your Kenyan Safari Experience to Lake Naivasha. Lake Naivasha is a freshwater lake, fringed by thick papyrus whose waters are shallow with an average depth of five metres. Proceed to Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodge for a sumptuous lunch at the lodge. Optional boat ride at an extra cost charged per hour. After relaxation transfer to Lake Nakuru Lodge for overnight stay. Meals on Full Board

Day 4: L. Nakuru National Park Safari
Breakfast at your lodge. Later proceed for a Morning and afternoon game viewing drive at Lake Nakuru National Park. Lake Nakuru is a small park with over 50% of its area covered by the Lake. Located in the middle of the Rift valley, L. Nakuru has a wide variety of animals which includes the Rothschild Giraffe, Lions, White and Black rhinos as well as the Leopard. All these can be spotted depending on your luck. The park is also considered by birdwatchers as an ornithological paradise! A myriad of both Greater and lesser flamingoes has made this lake their home. Dinner and Overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge. Meals on Full Board

Day 5: Masai Mara Safari| Keekorok Lodge | Mara Serena Lodge
After breakfast check out and drive along the Great Rift Valley to Kenya’s best known game reserve; Maasai Mara arriving at Keekorok Lodge in time for lunch. After lunch get introduced to the herbivores, elephant, rhino, buffalo, and the variety of antelopes, the Maasai giraffe and the Burchell’s zebra. The carnivores are the black mane lion, cheetah and leopard. Also to be seen are the hunting dog, the jackal and hyena; the largest bird, the Maasai ostrich, the Secretary bird, the crested crane and saddle-bill stork. Flocks of small birds fly around and settle on the rhino and elephant. Crocodiles and hippos share the river. Transfer to Mara Serena Lodge for dinner and overnight. Meals on Full Board

Day 6: – Masai Mara Safari | Kenya Safari Experience
Set off for an early morning game viewing drive and exploring in this Kenya’s finest reserve. Return to the lodge for rest and leisure in the early morning and afternoon. Lunch in the lodge then later in the evening proceed for the late evening game drive. Return to the lodge for dinner.
The Mara offers wildlife in such variety and abundance that is difficult to believe: over 450 species of animals have been recorded here. You’re likely to see a lion, rhinos, hippos, crocodiles, giraffe, wildebeests, zebras, buffalo, warthogs, hyenas, jackals, wild dogs, leopard and many kinds of antelopes and elephant. It’s in the Mara that perhaps the most spectacular event of the natural world takes place. This is the annual migration of millions of wildebeest and zebra from the Serengeti (Tanzania) in search of water and pasture. Following on their heels are the predators of the Savannah-lion, cheetah, wild dog, jackal, hyena and vultures. Overnight stay at Mara Serena Lodge. Meals on Full Board

Day 7: Tarangire National Park
This day you will have an early morning game drive and after have breakfast at the hotel. After checking out you will have a Maasai cultural Visit which will enlighten you on the culture and lifestyle of the Maasai people who, like their northern cousins – the Samburu – have adopted to live harmoniously with the wildlife. You will be transferred to the Airstrip where you will have a picnic lunch before you board your flight to Kilimanjaro International Airport (Safari link flight at 1100hrs). On arrival you will drive to Tarangire National park for an evening game drive. Transfer to Tarangire River Camp.

Day 8: Kenya – Tanzania Safari | Tarangire National
Morning after breakfast, have a full day game viewing drive with parked lunch at Tarangire National Park. Tarangire National Park is the sixth largest national park in Tanzania. The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses through the park, being the only source of water for wild animals during dry seasons. During the dry season thousands of animals migrate to the Tarangire National Park from Manyara. The park is famous for its huge number of elephants, baobab trees and tree climbing lions. Visitors to the park can expect to see any number of resident zebra and wildebeest in addition to the less common animals. Other common animals include waterbuck, giraffe, and olive baboons.
Afternoon transfer back to hotel for relaxation and later dinner. Evening stay at Tarangire River Camp.

Day 9: Ngorongoro Conservancy Area | Tanzania Safari
We depart for Ngorongoro Conservancy Area and arrive at the lodge in time for lunch. Have an afternoon game viewing drive at the crater. The Ngorongoro Conservation Area spans vast expanses of highland plains, savanna, savanna woodlands and forests. it includes the spectacular Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest caldera. The property has global importance for biodiversity conservation due to the presence of globally threatened species, the density of wildlife inhabiting the area, and the annual migration of wildebeest, zebra, gazelles and other animals into the northern plains. Dinner and overnight at Serena Ngorongoro Lodge.

Day 10: Ngorongoro Crater | Tanzania Safari
Morning after breakfast embarks on a Crater tour with picnic lunch. The Ngorongoro Crater and surrounding highlands are one of Africa’s most beautiful regions. Volcanic craters form stunning backdrops to some of the richest grazing grounds in Africa. The most famous is without question the Ngorongoro Crater, the world’s largest intact volcanic caldera; home to the highest density of big game in Africa. With 600 metre high walls and a rich volcanic floor that plays host to the big five, Ngorongoro is one of the continent’s most famous safari destinations. Overnight at Serena Ngorongoro Lodge.

Day 11: Serengeti National Park | Tanzania Safari
Leaving the Ngorongoro Conservation area we drive off into the Serengeti National Park game viewing en-route as we drive North to the Northern border of the Serengeti and the Maasai Mara (of Kenya!). Lunch at the Lodge on the Wildebeest migration route. A full afternoon’s game viewing with dinner and overnight at Mbuzi Mawe Camp. Meals on Full Board

Day 12: Serengeti National Park – Tanzania
This day we shall have a morning and afternoon game viewing drive at Serengeti National Park. Tanzania’s oldest and most popular national park, also a world heritage site and recently proclaimed a 7th worldwide wonder, the Serengeti is famed for its annual migration, when some six million hooves pound the open plains, as more than 200,000 zebra and 300,000 Thomson’s gazelle join the wildebeest’s trek for fresh grazing. Yet even when the migration is quiet, the Serengeti offers arguably the most scintillating game-viewing in Africa: great herds of buffalo, smaller groups of elephant and giraffe, and thousands upon thousands of eland, topi, kongoni, impala and Grant’s gazelle. Day 13: Seronera Airstrip | Kenya – JKIA
Today after breakfast get transferred to Seronera Airstrip where you will have a picnic lunch and later board a flight to Nairobi, Kenya. On arrival connect onwards flight back home.
